Privacy Policy

Effective 2 August 2026. We process identity, profile, authentication, booking and support information to operate the coaching platform, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Passwords and one-time codes are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Session identifiers use secure cookies. Approved profile information may be published; private application and contact data is limited to authorized personnel.

We use contracted infrastructure providers for database, email, SMS, scheduling and object storage. Data is retained only as required for service, security and legal purposes.

To request access, correction or deletion, contact the address shown on our Contact page. Some records may be retained where law or fraud prevention requires it.
